Successful psychotherapy takes off from every patients personal history, understanding of each patients unique life situation and has a clear focus on relevant problems and what causes them.
My expertise is within ISTDP (affect focused, short term psychodynamic therapy) as well as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I use scientific coaching models for executive and private coaching sessions.
I have an MA in psychology from the University of Gothenburg. I am in post graduate training for ISTDP.
I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in Sweden.
